Wong Jing (王晶)
La
filmographie de Wong Jing est pléthorique. En tant que réalisateur, on lui
compte au moins 95 films depuis 1981, un rythme industriel qui rappelle les
grandes heures de Hong Kong. On dit aussi, comme pour Tsui Hark d’ailleurs, que
Wong Jing tournait également les films qu’il écrivait ou produisait, ce qui
ferait tout de même beaucoup pour un seul homme. Il a commencé à la Shaw
Brothers alors finissante, a continué avec sa propre compagnie nommé Wong
Jing’s Workshop Limited et a travaillé pour toutes les sociétés de production.
Rondouillard, Wong Jing fait aussi parfois l’acteur en digne héritier de son
père Wong Ting-lam, acteur et cinéaste lui aussi prolifique.
